Payment
We accept payments via Mastercard, VISA, or AMEX using the Stripe platform. We also offer the option to pay via Google Pay, Apple Pay or KLARNA. In addition, Montonio allows you to pay by connecting through the bank of your choice. We plan to offer even more alternative payment methods in the future.
During checkout, you will get to select the option to receive an invoice, and we will send it to your inbox. In case you forget to do so, please email us at [email protected].
- In the EU, all prices already include VAT (Value Added Tax), and there are no additional charges (except shipping fee and duty costs if applicable in the country we are shipping the product to).
- Outside the EU, VAT is not applied.
Although you can choose to check out as a guest, we recommend creating an account for your convenience (and additional surprises) when shopping with us again in the future. PS: our registered clients get free shipping on their first order.
Custom taxes may apply upon arrival.
Orders are subject to import taxes and duties due to new tax regulations in the UK. Taxes and duties are applied for orders above the EUR equivalent of 135 GBP, contingent on the exchange rate at the time of purchase. When returning an item customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Delivery & returns
We want you to love and wear the products you order from us. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can always exchange or return it within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it's unworn and in its original packaging.
Fill in the online Returns & Exchanges form. Customers are entitled to a full refund within 14 days after receiving an order, provided the item is unworn and the packaging is delivered back in the same condition as it was sent. Please keep in mind you will need to cover return postage costs.
In case of an international return, you must send the item back by registered mail (please, save the tracking number of the shipment). The address where to return the item to will be indicated after completing the Returns & Exchanges form.
If the item was purchased in the Baltics, send the item back through the OMNIVA Post box (for free) or registered mail. In the latter case, you will need to cover return postage costs.
Products purchased at CAPSULE by Agne Gilyte can be returned or exchanged by filling in our Returns & Exchanges form. Additionally, if you have purchased the product(s) at the physical store, you can return or exchange them there.
We want to ensure that the products you purchase fit you like a glove, so we will happily exchange your unworn pieces to get you the correct size. All you have to do is fill in the Returns & Exchanges form.
We're sorry, but exchanges can only be made for another size of the same item.
After receiving and evaluating the condition of the returned product, we transfer the money within 14 calendar days to the account from which the payment was made. Of course, we do our best to refund the amount paid as soon as possible.

Usually, we deliver the products within 1-2 business days in Lithuania via standard or express delivery.

We offer standard and express shipping via Fedex TNT and DHL, and delivery via post boxes when available, for more details please read our Delivery policy.
Yes, if you choose pickup at Logismart, Galinės g. 1-C, Galinė, Vilniaus r., Lithuania, we will prepare your order within two hours. Please note that this option is available at 8 AM - 5 PM, on business days only (the order should be placed no later than 2 PM).
When you order from us, we make sure to use packaging that is both eco-friendly and efficient. Depending on the size and contents of your order, it will be packed either in a sturdy cardboard box or a recyclable envelope.
Gift card
Yes! You can purchase both a physical and a virtual gift card. We will deliver the physical gift card to the indicated address and the virtual one straight into the chosen inbox.
PS: if you decide to purchase our products as a gift, we’ll be happy to wrap it for your loved one.
You have 6 months to use it, but why wait so long?
When returning a product paid with a gift card, the amount paid for it will be returned to the gift card. If the remaining part of the full price was paid by bank transfer or payment card, it will be transferred to the bank or card account.
Yes! You will be able to choose gift wrapping and see its preview in the delivery stage.
Please, keep in mind that gift wrapping is non-refundable.

We work hard on keeping our Permanent Capsule on our shelves all year round. However, if you notice that your chosen product is missing from our shelves, click the NOTIFY ME button on the product page, and we will notify you as soon as it gets back.
However, we cannot promise that some limited-edition items will be restocked. Therefore, if you don't see the NOTIFY ME button on the selected product's page, it will not be back in stock.
