Payment
We accept payments via credit card or direct bank transfer. We are working on accepting alternative payment methods. You can also purchase CAPSULE by Agne Gilyte clothes in APRANGA boutiques in the Baltics.

All prices already include VAT (Value Added Tax), and no additional charges (other than shipping fee and duty costs if they are applicable in the country we are shipping the product to) are not applicable.
Although you can choose to check out as a guest, we recommend creating an account for your convenience (and additional surprises) when shopping with us again in the future.
Custom taxes will apply upon arrival. Please keep in mind that duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Orders are subject to import taxes and duties due to new tax regulations in the UK. Taxes and duties are applied for orders above the EUR equivalent of 135 GBP, contingent on the exchange rate at the time of purchase. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable through CAPSULE by Agne Gilyte.
Delivery & returns
It is very important to us that you love the products you order from us. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can always exchange or return it within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it's unworn and in its original packaging.

Fill in the online returns form. Customers are entitled to a full refund within 14 days after receiving an order, provided the item is unworn, and the packaging is delivered back in the same condition as it was sent. Please keep in mind you will need to cover return postage costs.
In case of an international return, you must send the item back by registered mail (please, save the tracking number of the shipment). The address to return the item to will be indicated after completing the return / exchange form.
If the item was purchased in the Baltics, send the item back through the OMNIVA PO box (for free) or registered mail. In the latter case, you will need to cover return postage costs.
Sure we do. You can select either courier delivery or delivery to the PO Box. The region of Kuršių Nerija has one delivery option – Omniva PO Box.
You will be able to exchange the size of the same product you ordered. If you have changed your mind and want to order a different item, then you'll need to place a new order. Money for all returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse.

Products purchased at our eshop can be returned or exchanged by filling in your returns form.
We want to make sure that you're receiving your ordered clothes in the right size, so will happily exchange your unworn pieces to get you the correct size. All you have to do is fill in the returns form.
We're sorry, but exchanges can only be made for another size of the same item.

In Lithuania, we will deliver the items within 1-2 working days after placing the order, except in cases when the goods are pre-ordered. Please, take into account that international oders may take longer to arrive, especially, if customs are applicable. To learn more, read our Delivery policy.
Yes, we do. Please select this option at your checkout.
We are working to create a more sustainable future. Therefore, your parcel will be packed either to a cardboard box, or an envelope.
Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking link. If you can't locate the email or haven't received your shipping confirmation, please contact us at shop@capsule.love.
If your package is lost during transit, please contact us at shop@capsule.love, and we will do everything we can to assist and support you.
Gift card
Yes! We will deliver it straight to your inbox right after the payment is completed.
You have 6 months to use it, but why wait so long?
Part of the price of the product paid by using the gift card is returned to the gift card when the product is returned. If the missing part of the price was paid by bank transfer or payment card, that paid part will be transferred to the bank or card account, respectively.

We currently sell our items at APRANGA shops in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia, and LOCAL boutiques in Lithuania.

We try to keep our classics in stock year-round. With versatile and universal capsule pieces, you will be able to create tens of different outfits for all seasons. However, we cannot guarantee that some of the limited edition items will be restocked. If you have any questions about the restocking of items, please send us an email at shop@capsule.love.
