If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with the item, you can exchange or return it within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it's unworn and in its original packaging.
To do so, fill out the online Returns & Exchanges form and include our email ([email protected]) and phone number (+37068905555) on the packaging next to the address. Please remember that you will need to cover return postage costs.
Be aware that once a Mini Capsule is purchased, we are unable to exchange individual product sizes. If the Mini Bundle item size doesn't fit your needs, please, return the entire Mini Capsule and place a new order.
LOCAL
We will ship your chosen item to any address in Lithuania. You can select either courier delivery or delivery to the PO Box. If you're based in the Curronian Spit, you will have one delivery option – Omniva PO Box.

Yes, if you choose pickup at Logismart, Galines ave. 1, C corp, Galinė (Vilnius district), we will prepare your order within two hours. Please note that this option is available at 8 AM - 5 PM, on business days only (the order should be placed no later than 2 PM).
We work hard on keeping our Permanent Capsule on our shelves all year round. However, if you notice that your chosen product is missing from our shelves, click the NOTIFY ME button on the product page, and we will notify you as soon as it gets back.
However, we cannot promise that some limited-edition items will be restocked. Therefore, if you don't see the NOTIFY ME button on the selected product's page, it will not be back in stock.
